Yuan specializes mainly in Cantonese and Shanghainese cuisine with some fusion elements of Sichuan and molecular cuisine.
The delicately prepared items are, apart from being a treat to the taste, also a visual feast.
The restaurant is designed cleverly incorporates 68 seats and 12 separate dining spaces, each one distinctively designed to highlight the convergence of ancient China with modern elements. The two largest ones are equipped with open kitchens where the diners can watch the master Chefs’ preparing the food in a private atmosphere.
